Why is an offer tied to a location?

An offer applies only at its stated eligible location. A business may have multiple locations with different offers.

Do I need an account to browse?

Public search, business profiles and offers are available without an account. Protected actions ask you to sign in.

Where are my claims?

Your existing claims are available in your personal account. A claim is distinct from a purchase, booking or cash-wallet balance.

Why is the map unavailable?

The directory list remains usable when tiles, WebGL or the map service are unavailable. Map bounds and list pagination are independent.

Can I earn cash by sharing?

Existing local sharing and Points are not a cash commission wallet. Global product commissions and withdrawals are not yet available.

Does a franchise application reserve a territory?

No. Submission and review do not grant exclusivity, a role, a contract or an activated territory.
